What hunter doesn’t relish the thought of hunting in beautiful Namibia? And you can, under the expert guidance of Justus and Karla Brits.
Bow hunting is hugely popular in Africa and bow hunters are easily accommodated at concessions where blinds are placed strategically to ensure maximum success. The blinds range from ground to elevated blinds and even tree stands are used.
Generally a bow and arrow combination that can produce a minimum of 65lbs. of kinetic energy with broadhead-tipped arrows is recommended. Afrihunt Safaris also recommend lighted sight pins for hunting from inside a dark blind as well as camo clothing.

Herman started in the sport of archery and bowhunting and in 2004 he bought the old JDT Archery and changed it to HB Archery. With the shop he has created a meeting place for likeminded people to meet, and often these people become hunting buddies.
With a huge amount of archery knowledge and experience, HB Archery is more than just an archery retailer, it has turned into an archery pro shop, where they work on all make of bows, make strings and tune bows .
They are the agent for Martin Archery, but they source any make of bow you require.
They -
- work on bows
- make custom strings for compound and traditional bows
- make and work on arrows
